Returns & Exchanges
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days from date of order placed) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, you can request a refund or a reshipment
- Please contact Aster & Birch customer support at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate return if you had received the item outside of the guaranteed time or if you had received the wrong item
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If you are approved for a refund, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days of approved date.
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Contact us at email@example.com if you need to exchange it for the same item
- Please do not ship your item back to us unless we authorize you to do so
- All orders can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as soon possible. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled
- For cancelled orders, depending on the payment type, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. In some cases, especially with credit cards, your original charge may drop from your statement and you won't see a refund in your account.
